Lobster Cay Beach and Lagoon
A well protected beach just feet from all accommodations. Protected by reef and peninsula. A 2 seater Kayak, 2 stand up paddle boards and a Hobie Mirage Pro Angler Kayak, Lilly Pad and Eave Bongo Water Trampoline are available for your use along with beach chairs and lounges. Ideal shallow lagoon to play in. Additional beaches/shoreline available on the Cay for shelling and exploration.
Enjoy sunset snacks and drinks on the beach, or just chill and enjoy fresh coconut water from Coconut Grove.
Enjoy water activities with our 2 seater kayak, Hobie Mirage Pro Angler kayak and 2 Inflatable stand up paddle boards, Reef – just a short swim from lagoon. Our Dive shop has plenty of snorkel gear. Fishing right from the Cay or a short boat ride away. Filet table available on Marina Dock. Maybe even take an excursion on our Saturn Raft with 20 HP Suzuki.
Courtyard
Adjoining Vista House, Hibiscus House and Coral Cottage is a covered courtyard/breezeway. Over 1,500 sq. feet, complete with rope lighting, outside composite furniture, propane grill and Traeger pellet smoker and TV. The perfect gathering place for a morning breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner and after dinner libations, or just to get out of the sun or rain and enjoy being outside. No biting insects (incredible).
Marina
Boulder walls protect this nearly 1 acre marina that can hold several boats up to 40 foot. Two 24,000 lbs Neptune Boats lifts with 1,500 square feet of Marina decking. The Marina is a great area to fish, swim and snorkel even if conditions in the open water are not ideal. Steps cut into the boulder wall, make it easy to get in and out for swimming or snorkeling. Think of it as a big salt water pool.

Salt Water Pool and Pavilion
Fed by a 12 inch diameter pipe from the ocean. Thus, the water rises and lowers with the tides. Teaming with all types of reef fish that we either caught or trapped. Feel free to feed the fish but no fishing allowed. We have named them. A safe place to swim and hang out. The 2,000 sq. ft. covered pavilion is a great place to relax out of the sun and enjoy the view and breeze. The Pavilion features a beautiful handcrafted mosaic table and lots of seating and lounges. Again, no biting insects.
Coconut Grove
A full sand covered acre with almost 100 coconut palm trees. Fresh coconut water anyone? Complete with composite deck, hammocks, fire pit and cabana. Great place to relax out of the sun and listen to the birds and rustling palms.
Fire Pit
Enjoy a nice evening fire in coconut grove. A three foot deep stone pit with plenty of casuarina wood for great fires. Six Polywood adirondack chairs available. A perfect way to spend the evening.
Helipad
43 feet x 35 feet. (still trying to figure out what to do with this area – perfect place to view sunrise and do yoga?)
Steel Hanger
A much needed place to safely store “things” and “stuff”. Means no visible clutter around the Cay.
Theatre/Exercise Facility
The theatre includes a 16 foot wide screen, with Sony 4k projector. To handle the audio, it is equipped with Denon receiver, multiple amps and preamps, Wilson Audio Grand Slam Series II speakers plus Wilson Audio Thor’s Hammer sub woofer. The sound is AMAZING. Just bring your favorite DVDs or CDs, or select from our library. A Lifefitness elliptical is available for your use along with dumbbells. There is plenty of room for exercises on the carpeted floor. Starlink Internet available with all the Aps (Hulu Live, Netflix, Prime, Paramount Plus, Apple TV, Disney)
